LSC is surrounded by cafes and shops. The Skytrain has an entrance across the street and the buses are in the next block. A few minutes’ walk down the street is the waterfront. There, you can catch the Seabus or admire the wonderful views of Burrard Inlet. It is an active harbor set against the fantastic backdrop of snow-capped mountains.
The school employs a fulltime activity organizer. Activities range from playing sports together; going to a movie; visiting museums, art galleries and local festivals; dancing; to visits to nearby cities and the countryside.
Accommodation is available in homestay; the school can also help students find residence and apartment accommodation.
The school has a general English programme, business English, TOEFL exam preparation and a student work placement programme.
