The best university in the world might not be the best at everything — and it depends very much on your requirements.
With the Academic Ranking of World Universities, Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2003-2007 set out to find how universities world wide ranked. Harvard University came up as the best university in each year.

Are international students allowed to stay in the UK for 2 years after their studies? Previously this was only in Scotland, but is this also valid for England now?
If you graduate from a UK university (either undergraduate or post-graduate) you can get a work permit / visa under the The Work in the UK scheme.
It is good for a non-renewable two-year period after which you are expected to transfer to another immigration category. Time spent under the Post-Study Work sub-category does not count towards permanent residence.

I want to study in Holland for my undergraduate degree, and major in business. Since I do not speak Dutch I am looking for a program taught in English. Which ones are famous (especially in Asia)?
The most famous (internationally) for business studies in the Netherlands is probably the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Erasmus University Rotterdam offers two completely English-language Bachelor of Science programmes (BSc). Both programmes are open to students aiming for an international career in Business and/or Economics. Apart from the Dutch students, about 40% of the students taking these programmes are international students from over 80 countries.
